How to Book Your Event

Please note if you book before 1st June 2010 – should your numbers decrease we will offset any deposit paid against your balance. After 1st June all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please contact us before 1st June to advise of any decreases in your party so that we can offset your deposit.

As from 1st September we will be asking for a deposit to be paid at the time of booking by credit card – no provisional bookings will be held.

Check the numbers in your party and your preferred dates.

Call our Party Booking Hotline to check availability and to make a booking.

Your provisional booking will be held for 14 days.

On receipt of a completed booking form and deposit of £10 per person (£20 for New Year’s Eve), you will be issued a booking reference number and your booking confirmed.

Full payment of the balance, together with your menu selections, must be received by us no later than 8 weeks prior to your party date.

Tickets will be mailed to you (as the organiser) prior to your party evening.

Please Note

A minimum party size of 8 people is required for an exclusive table. Parties of less than 8 will be invited to join other smaller parties.

Guests should be 18 years or above.

We operate the Challenge 21 policy – if any of your guests are lucky enough to look younger than 21, they will be asked to provide ID. To avoid any unnecessary embarassment, we ask that you inform all of your guests to carry ID if required.
