Renowned for being one of the best banqueting chefs in the UK, Simon is known for putting an innovative twist on classic dishes. From street-food concepts to brain-food on-the-go, the team continuously monitors trends within the industry, ensuring that every event is brought to life through a perfectly crafted menu that surprises and delights guests.
