Working closely with local suppliers as much as possible, our chefs incorporate locally grown produce into the menu and give it a little twist, such as Maple-glazed Dingle Dell pork belly.
Or a Severn & Wye smoked salmon & arctic prawn timbale tempura seaweed with avocado sour cream.
And why not try the curried pumpkin purée & coconut creamed leeks with wild mushrooms & coriander tartlet, one of our starter options on the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner menu or the creamed winter cabbage which accompanies the roast chicken supreme from the main course on our Christmas party menu.
And as for the desserts, they are just a pure delight as we offer you the choice of dark chocolate & orange ingot with white chocolate ice cream and orange gel.
Or a warming Brioche bread & butter pudding with spiced apple compote and amaretto ice cream – perfect for a winter’s evening!
We take particular attention to include a menu selection that covers all dietary options and if you have special dietary requirement then our chefs have an alternative menu that includes vegan and gluten-free dishes that our team will be only too glad to help with.
All finished off with coffee and tea, with mints – unless you are joining us for the New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner where not only will be served an additional Hogmanay Chef’s course and ….. bacon butties at midnight!
