Christmas menus

Have you pre-ordered your food for your Christmas party yet?  Our fantastic chefs will be cooking up a storm; we’re struggling to choose what we’ll have!

At Aintree Racecourse and Tatton Park the chefs are cooking:


Lemon infused potted shrimp, on a bed of leaves with shallot dressing, Hovis loaf

Confit duck leg, oriental noodle and vegetable salad, crisp pancake, balsamic reduction

Peppered goats’ cheese tri-coloured beetroot, basil dressing (v)



Roasted breast of chicken, champ potato, creamed leeks, root vegetable cubes with a tarragon crème sauce


Open lasagne of Mediterranean vegetables, crunchy winter salad, spiced tomato dip


Warm chocolate fondant, white chocolate sauce with candid orange


Tarte au citron with a winter berry coulis

A selection of British cheese, biscuits, grapes, celery, chutney


At the ICC Birmingham the chefs are cooking:


Duck breast cured & smoked over whisky infused oak wood chips – elements of cherries


Tandoori roast salmon fillet – cardamom cream spinach – crisp angel hair noodles – exotic fruit salsa

Spiced red lentil & coconut quenelles – ratatouille salad – tomato flat bread – shallot & toasted peanut dressing (v)


Roast paprika chicken supreme – potato puree – truffle creamed greens – honey & thyme winter roots – cranberry compote – rosemary needle jus


Sweet potato & butternut squash dauphinoise – halloumi spring roll – spinach preserved artichoke heart – red pesto dressing


Apple & blackberry crumble tartlet – mulled berry compote – vanilla seed cream


Chocolate & caramel truffle – marshmallow – candy floss – orange curd

British Isles cheese selection – plum & ginger chutney – walnut & raisin bread
