The NSPCC’s Festival of Trees, at the ICC

The NSPCC has teamed up with John Lewis to create a magical display of giant Christmas trees in the home of our Birmingham Christmas parties, the ICC.

The ICC’s mall will be transformed in to a colourful winter wonderland this December, adding an even bigger wow factor to what is already a fantastic Christmas party venue.

The NSPCC’s ‘Festival of Trees’ invites local businesses in the West Midlands to sponsor a tree giving them the opportunity to promote their business, offer staff great team building activities and the opportunity to support and raise money for their ChildLine Schools Service in Birmingham, as well as giving something spectacular back to the local community.

The ChildLine Schools Service is a ground breaking initiative, which will be visiting each and every Primary school across the West Midlands to speak with all pupils aged 9 to 11.  The initiative teaches children how to recognise and protect themselves from abuse and how to find help, if and when they need it, providing them with the reassurance and confidence to speak up.  The NSPCC aims to raise £20m by 2016.

The tree decorating and official launch will take place on the 4th December and the trees will stay up until the 5th January.
