The following conditions comprise the standard terms and conditions of business of JD Parties, and all the work undertaken by the Company shall be on these terms to the exclusion of any others unless specifically varied in writing and signed for and on behalf of the Client and by a director for and on behalf of the Company. In accepting the Proposal and engaging the Company these Conditions shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Client on its own behalf and for and on behalf of each and every guest.

JD Parties, 34b High Street, Tutbury, Burton upon Trent, Staffordshire DE13 9LS (01283 816210, info@jdparties.co.uk) is a trading division of The Concerto Group Ltd and as the organisers reserve the following rights:-

 

  1. All guests must be 18 years or over.
  2. Until 1st September, bookings will be held for 14 days before a deposit is due and automatically released if a deposit is not received and no contact made by the organiser; after this date, a booking will be reserved in your name on receipt of a     deposit (£10pp for Christmas, £20pp for New Year’s Eve).
  3. The final balance must be paid 8 weeks before the party date; if you book within 8 weeks of a party date, the full amount will be due at the time of booking.
  4. Booking amends can only be made by the named party organiser; calls from guests in your party to amend the booking will not be actioned without the organiser’s permission.
  5. Booking cancellations can only be accepted in writing from the party organiser, either by email or

  11. Menu choices must be provided no later than 4 weeks before your party, if not provided The Company cannot guarantee you will receive your first choice on your party

  23. Items left in cloakrooms and / or vehicles left in car parks are entirely at the owner’s risk. The Company cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage to cloakroom items and / or vehicles left on the premises.

  25. Dates and timings advertised are subject to licensing approval and a minimum number of ticket sales.
  26. The Company regrets that it cannot be held responsible for inclement weather affecting your attendance of any function.

The Company does not accept liability and shall not be liable for any cancellation, delay or non-completion of the Event in the following circumstances: As a result of strikes, riots, or lockouts affecting any Trades with which The Company is concerned. As a result of fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, death of the Monarch or any other cause beyond its control.
  28. The Company reserves the right to refuse admission and remove from the function any person who in the opinion of The Company is likely to hinder the enjoyment of our other guests.
  29. The Company accepts all bookings in good faith, but reserves the right to amend all or part of the advertised programme and regret they cannot be held responsible for errors, omissions or cancellations.
  30. The Company reserves the right to cancel an event and will inform you immediately by phone, email or post. We will give you the option to transfer to an alternative date/location at no additional cost, or alternatively refund any payments made to The Company in full. The Company cannot assume responsibility for any third party costs incurred associated with travel, accommodation, clothing or any other related goods or services.
